It won't take a lot of effort

The great thing about this Challenge is that it doesn’t take much effort to think of the types of positive things we can do for the women and girls in our lives. If we only do one thing a season, that’s better than doing nothing. Even having the discussion about what to do will get blokes thinking about the issue – and that’s a positive thing in itself. Getting some of the women and girls we know to give us some ideas will make it easy, and imagine how great the reaction will be when we ask!
